("CPI") and China Southern Power Grid Co. Ltd. (¡§CSG¡¨) for the supply of electricity
to Hong Kong SAR. The joint-venture company, China Hong Kong Power Development
Company Limited ("China Hong Kong Power"), is 50% owned by CPI, 35% by CSG, and
